ABC PLANTS - Lagenandra meeboldii "red"
Availability: | Out of stock |
An easy plant related to Cryptocornes, Anubias and Buces, Legenandra meeboldii 'Red' resembles a large Crypt with wide, round leaves that grow from a rhizome similar to Anubias. In good conditions, it grows much faster than most Anubias and even Cryptocornes.
Â
Like other plants in the Aroid family, it is an extremely easy plant to grow and is well suited for beginners and experts alike. It can do very well in a low-tech tank though growth rate will be higher and its red coloration most intense in high tech CO2 injected set-ups. Leaves will also grow much denser in CO2 injected aquariums for a tighter rosette appearance.Â
